Governance of Public Bulk Cooking Oil Program Regulated: CPO Producers and Exporters of CPO, RBD Palm Oil, RBD Palm Olein and UCO Required to Participate in MGCR Program

In an effort to optimize the distribution of bulk cooking oil and ensure the availability of cooking oil at affordable prices to the general public throughout Indonesia, the Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation of the Minister No. 33 of 2022 (“ Regulation 33/2022 ”) on the Governance of the Public Bulk Cooking Oil (Minyak Goreng Curah Rakyat– “ MGCR ”) program.
