Government Amends Provisions on the Organization of Housing and Residential Areas

As Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (“ Job-Creation Law ”) has now introduced a number of revisions in relation to the organization of housing, [1] the government has now decided to respond through the issuance of Regulation of the Government No. 12 of 2021 on the Amendment (“ Amendment ”) to Regulation of the Government No. 14 of 2016 on the Organization of Housing and Residential Areas (“ Regulation 14/2016 ”).
