The Minister of Finance has issued Regulation No. 12/PMK.08/2013 on Hedging in Government Debt Management (“Regulation”), which implements Article 26 (1) of Law No. 19 of 2012 on 2013 State Budget (“2013 State Budget Law”). [1] The Regulation aims to provide assurance for investors of government bonds by stipulating provisions on government debt hedging.
