Minister of Health (“Minister”) Regulation No. 39 of 2013 on Infant Formula and Other Infant Products (“Regulation”) was recently issued to implement Article 28 of Government Regulation No. 33 of 2012 on Exclusive Breastfeeding (“Government Regulation”). Article 28 provides that the Minister will issue further regulations on the use of infant formula and other infant products.
