Government Further Regulates Forestry Planning, Changes to the Designations and Functions of Forest Areas and Uses of Forest Areas

In an effort to implement various provisions originally addressed under Regulation of the Government No. 23 of 2021 on the Organization of Forestry (“ Regulation 23/2021 ”) [1] , the Minister of Environment and Forestry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation of the Minister No. 7 of 2021 on Forestry Planning, Changes to the Designations and Functions of Forest Areas, and Uses of Forest Areas (“ Regulation 7/2021 ”).
