Government Introduces New Regulatory Framework for the Organization of Hospitals

In order to implement the mandate set under Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (“ Job Creation Law ”), the government has now issued Regulation of the Government No. 47 of 2021 (“ Regulation 47/2021 ”), which further elaborates upon the various changes introduced under the Job Creation Law have now been made to various provisions originally set out under Law No. 44 of 2009 on Hospitals (“ Law 44/2009 ”).
