Government Introduces Provisions on the Management of Non-B3 Waste

In order to ensure the protection of the environment and legal certainty in relation to the management of non-hazardous and toxic waste materials (Limbah Nobahan Berbahaya dan Beracun– “ Non-B3 Waste ”), as mandated under Regulation of the Government No. 22 of 2021 on the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management, the Minister of Environment and Forestry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 19 of 2021 on the Management of Non-B3 Waste (“ Regulation 19/2021 ”).
