Government Introduces Updated Provisions on PPh Facilities for Investments within Certain Business Sectors and/or Regions

As an implementation of Regulation of the Government No. 78 of 2019 on Income-Tax Facilities within Certain Business Sectors and/or Certain Regions (“ Regulation 78/2019 ”), [1] the Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation on Criteria and/or Requirements for the Obtaining of Income-Tax Facilities for Investments within Certain Business Sectors and/or Certain Regions within the Industrial Sector (“ Regulation 47/2019 ”), which sets out an updated, improved framework that addresses criteria and/or requirements for the obtaining of Income-Tax (“ PPh ”) facilities for investments within certain business sectors within the industrial sector and/or certain regions.
