Government Issues List of Businesses and Activities Subject to Mandatory AMDAL, UKL-UPL and SPPL

In an attempt to implement various provisions originally addressed under Regulation of the Government No. 22 of 2021 on the Organization of Environmental Protection and Management (“ Regulation 22/2021 ”) [1] , the Minister of Environment and Forestry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation of the Minister No. 4 of 2021 on the List of Businesses and/or Activities Required to Secure Environmental Impact Analyses, Environmental Management Efforts and Environmental Monitoring Efforts or Statements of Ability to Manage and Monitor the Environment (“ Regulation 4/2021 ”).
