The Indonesian Government, via the Minister of Health (“ Minister ”), has just introduced a new set of terminologies which feature in the country’s Corona Virus Disease 2019 (“ COVID-19 ”) guidelines, bringing said guidelines into line with those used by the World Health Organization (WHO). [1] Specifically, the government has now issued Decree of the Minister No. HK.01/07/Menkes/413/2020 of 2020 on Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) (“ Decree 413/2020 ”), which has now repealed and replaced Decree of the Minister No. HK.01/07/Menkes/247/2020 of 2020 on Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) (“ Decree 247/2020 ”).
