Government Renews Provisions on KITE Pengembalian

In a bid to deregulate and simplify policies relating to Import Facilities in the Form of Repayments(Kemudahan Impor Tujuan Ekspor Pengembalian– “ KITE Pengembalian ”), the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has just issued Regulation No. 161/PMK.04/2018 on Repayments of Paid Import Duty for Imports of Goods and Materials for Processing, Assembly or Installation as Parts of Other Goods Intended for Export Purposes (“ Regulation 161/2018 ”).
