Government Revises Implementing Regulation on Construction Services in Line with Job-Creation Law

In order to implement the mandate set out under Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (“ Job-Creation Law ”), [1] the government recently issued Regulation of the Government No. 14 of 2021 (“ Amendment ”) on the Amendment to Regulation of the Government No. 22 of 2020 on the Implementing Regulation to Law No. 2 of 2017 on Construction-Services (“ Regulation 22/2020 ”).
