Government Sets Business Activity and Product Standards for the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing Within the Agricultural Sector

As a follow-up to Regulation of the Government No. 5 of 2021 on the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing (“ Regulation 5/2021 ”), [1] the Minister of Agriculture has now issued Regulation No. 15 of 2021 (“ Regulation 15/2021 ”) which sets standards for the organization of risk-based business licensing through the electronically integrated business licensing system known as the Online Single Submission (“ OSS ”) system.
