Government Sets Business Activity and Product Standards for the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing Within the Industrial Sector

In order to implement the mandate set under Regulation of the Government No. 5 of 2021 on the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing (“ Regulation 5/2021 ”), [1] the Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) has now issued Regulation No. 9 of 2021 on Standards for Business Activities and/or Products During the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing Within the Industrial Sector (“ Regulation 9/2021 ”).
