In order to implement various provisions originally set out under Law No. 21 of 2019 on Animal, Fish and Plant Quarantine (“ Law 21/2019 ”), the government recently issued Regulation No. 29 of 2023 (“ Regulation 29/2023 ”), which represents an attempt to integrate various provisions on quarantine mechanisms that were originally separated under several government regulations. As a consequence, in the wake of the promulgation of Regulation 29/2023 on 6 June 2023, the following regulations have now been repealed: [1]
