Government Sets Implementing Regulation on Animal, Fish and Plant Quarantine

In order to implement various provisions originally set out under Law No. 21 of 2019 on Animal, Fish and Plant Quarantine (“ Law 21/2019 ”), the government recently issued Regulation No. 29 of 2023 (“ Regulation 29/2023 ”), which represents an attempt to integrate various provisions on quarantine mechanisms that were originally separated under several government regulations.
