Government Sets Maximum Retail Price for Different Categories of Palm Cooking Oil Ranging from Rp. 11,500 - Rp. 14,000

The Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) has once again updated provisions that relate to the provision of cooking oil through the issuance of Regulation No. 6 of 2022 on the Stipulation of Maximum Retail Prices for Palm Cooking Oil (“ Regulation 6/2022 ”). This matter was previously addressed under Regulation of the Minister No. 3 of 2022 (“ Regulation 3/2022 ”) [1] and Regulation of the Minister No. 1 of 2022 . The promulgation of Regulation 6/2022 simultaneously repeals and replaces Regulation 3/2022. [2]
