Government Sets New Implementing Regulation for the Organization of Geospatial Information

The Indonesian Government has issued Regulation of the Government No. 45 of 2021 (“ Regulation 45/2021 ”), which elaborates upon various revisions introduced under Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (“ Job Creation Law ”) that have now been made to Law No. 4 of 2011 on Geospatial Information and therefore updates the regulatory framework for the organization of geospatial information.
