Government Sets Standards for Business Activities and Products During the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing Within the Energy and Mineral Resources Sector

In an attempt to implement a number of specific provisions that were originally addressed under Regulation of the Government No. 5 of 2021 on the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing, [1] the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 5 of 2021 on Standards for Business Activities and Products During the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing Within the Energy and Mineral Resources Sector (“ Regulation 5/2021 ”).
