Government Sets Standards for Business Activities and Products for the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing Within the Manpower Sector

The Minister of Manpower (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 6 of 2021 on the Stipulation of Standards for Business Activities and/or Products for the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing Within the Manpower Sector (“ Regulation 6/2021 ”), as mandated under Regulation of the Government No. 5 of 2021 on the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing [1] (“ Regulation 5/2021 ”).
