Government to Provide Fiscal Support for an Accelerated Transition to Renewable Energy Within the Electrical Power Sector

In an effort to support the accelerated development of renewable energy, as well as an accelerated transition from the use of conventional sources of energy to sources of renewable energy, the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 103 of 2023 on the Provision of Fiscal Support Through the Funding and Financing Framework for the Accelerated Energy Transition Within the Electrical Power Sector (“ Regulation 103/2023 ”), which came into force on 13 October 2023.
