In order to adjust existing tobacco product tariffs to bring them into line with current legal developments relating to tobacco product tariffs, the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 192/PMK.010/2021 on Excise Tariffs for Tobacco Products in the Form of Cigarettes, Cigars,KlobotCigarettes and Sliced Tobacco (“ Regulation 192/2021 ”).
