The Minister of Trade (“Minister”) has recently issued Regulation No. 28/M-DAG/PER/6/2013 on Types of Export and Import Licenses, Standard Operating Procedures and Provision of Services by Electronic Means through INATRADE within the Indonesian National Single Window Framework (“2013 Regulation”). This new regulation revises its forerunner on the same matter, namely Ministerial Regulation No. 40/M-DAG/PER/10/2010 (“2010 Regulation”).
