Government Updates Procedures for Procurements of Overseas Goods/Services

In an effort to set applicable procedures that are better able to meet needs that relate to the procurement of overseas goods/services (“ Procurement ”), the Minister of Foreign Affairs (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 3 of 2023 on Procedures for Procurements of Overseas Goods/Services (“ Regulation 3/2023 ”). [1] Previously, matters relating to Procurements were addressed under Regulation of the Minister No. 1 of 2019 (“ Regulation 1/2019 ”), which bore the same title as Regulation 3/2023 [2] and which has now been repealed and replaced.
