Following the introduction of a unified business licensing process which is implemented through the Online Single Submission ( “OSS” ) portal, all ministerial and government institutions are starting to adjust their bureaucracies and systems in accordance with the OSS. This time, the Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation on the Organization of Company Registrations (“ Regulation 76/2018 ”).Regulation76/2018redefines the registration process for limited-liability companies, cooperatives, limited partnerships, sole proprietorships and other business types, including any representatives of foreign companies which are domiciled in Indonesia and which implement business operations within Indonesia (“ Businesses ”).Specifically, all Businesses are now required to secure Company Registration Certificates (Tanda Daftar Perusahaan- “ TDP ”). Prior to the issuance of Regulation 76/2018, all matters pertaining to TDP were addressed by the following regulations (together referred to as “ Previous Regulations ”):
