With the objective of bolstering national industry and investment, as well as supporting e-commerce trade activities, [1] the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation of the Minister No. 28/PMK.04/2018 (“ Amendment ”), which amends Regulation of the Minister No. 272/PMK.04/2015 on Centrally Bonded Logistics Facilities ( "Regulation 272/2015") . [2] In order to achieve said the abovementioned objectives, the Amendment redefines several provisions relating to the operation of Centrally Bonded Logistics Facilities (Pusat Logistik Berikat- “ PLB ”) and which specifically address the following matters:
