Govt. Amends Provisions on the Submission of Notices of Transportation Facility Arrival Plans and Inward/Outward Manifests in Order to Support the National Logistics Ecosystem

In the hope of improving the performance of Indonesia’s logistics systems, investment climate and overall economic competitiveness, the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) is aiming to harmonize provisions relating to the inward and outward manifests of transportation facilities with the implementation of the National Logistic Ecosystem (“ NLE ”). With this goal in mind, the Minister has issued No. 97/PMK.04/2020 of 2020 (“ Amendment ”), which amends Regulation of the Minister No. 158/PMK.04/2017 of 2017 on Procedures for the Submission of Notices of Transportation Facility Arrival Plans, Inward Manifests of Transportation Facilities and Outward Manifests of Transportation Facilities (“ Regulation 158/2017 ”), specifically in relation to the following matters: [1]
