Govt. Extends Period for Exports of Indonesian Mining Products

In an effort to ensure the development of domestic refinery facilities, [1] the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“ Minister ”) recently issued Regulation No. 17 of 2020 , which is the third amendment (“ Third Amendment ”) to Regulation No. 25 of 2018 on Minerals and Coal-Mining Businesses (“ Regulation 25/2018 ”). [2] Regulation 25/2018 was amended twice previously through the issuance of Regulation of the Minister No. 50 of 2018 and Regulation of the Minister No. 11 of 2019 .
