Govt. Finally Amends Regulatory Framework for Procurements of Government Goods/Services

Regulation of the President No. 12 of 2021 on the Amendment (“ Amendment ”) to Regulation of the President No. 16 of 2018 on the Government Procurement of Goods and Services (“ Regulation 16/2018 ”) [1] has been issued in order to adjust the arrangements for the use of the various goods/services offered by micro- and small-scale enterprises (usaha mikro dan kecil– “ UMK ”) and cooperatives, as well as for the procurement of construction services through state/regional budgets in accordance with the ease-of-doing-business framework set under Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation.
