Govt. Finally Introduces Provisions on the Organization of Electronic Systems by Private Entities

In an attempt to introduce a detailed and complete regulatory framework that addresses the organization of electronic systems by private entities and as an implementation of various provisions originally set out under Regulation of the Government No. 71 of 2019 on the Organization of Electronic Systems and Transactions (“ Regulation 71/2019 ”), [1] the Minister of Communication and Information Technology (“ Minister ”) recently issued Regulation No. 5 of 2020 on Private Electronic System Organizers (“ Regulation 5/2020 ”), which repeals and replaces the following regulations: [2]
