Govt. Finally Sets the Business Activity and Product Standards for the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing Within the Public Works and Public-Housing Sector

As a follow-up to Regulation of the Government No. 5 of 2021 on the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing (“ Regulation 5/2021 ”), [1] the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing has finally issued Regulation No. 6 of 2021 on Standards for Business Activities and Products for the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing Within the Public-Works and Public-Housing Sectors (“ Regulation 6/2021 ”).
