In an effort to optimize the implementation of national strategic projects and to encourage the acceleration of development and the creation of more job opportunities, as well as to effect a national economic recovery, the president has issued Regulation No. 109 of 2020 on the Third Amendment (“ Third Amendment ”) to Regulation of the President No. 3 of 2016 on the Acceleration of the Implementation of National Strategic Projects [1] (“ Regulation 3/2016 ”).
