In an attempt to adjust Indonesia’s immigration policy to the latest international developments, as well as to support efforts to establish a more conducive investment climate, [1] the government recently issued Regulation No. 51 of 2020 (“ Second Amendment ”) as a second amendment to Regulation of the Government No. 31 of 2013 on the Implementing Regulation to Law No. 6 of 2011 on Immigration (“ Regulation 31/2013 ”).
