Govt. Further Amends the Implementing Regulation to the Immigration Law in Accordance with Revisions Introduced under the Job-Creation Law

In an attempt to implement the various provisions introduced under Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (“ Job-Creation Law ”), which deal specifically with immigration-related issues, [1] the government has now further amended Regulation of the Government No. 31 of 2013 on the Implementation of Law No. 6 of 2011 on Immigration (“ Regulation 31/2013 ”) [2] through the issuance of the Regulation of the Government No. 48 of 2021 (“ Amendment ”). In essence, the Amendment redefines the following immigration-related issues:
