Govt. Further Regulates Examinations of Palm Oil and Related Derivative Products

In an attempt to improve data accuracy and to accelerate services and customs supervision in relation to exports of palm oil, crude palm oil and related derivative products, as originally addressed under Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 22/PMK.04/2019 on Export Provisions for Palm Oil, Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Derivative Products, [1] the Director-General of Customs and Excise (“ Director-General ”) has issued Regulation No. PER-08/BC/2020 on the Governance of Exports of Palm Oil, Crude Palm Oil and Derivative Products (“ Regulation 8/2020 ”).
