The National Public Procurement Agency (Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah – “ LKPP ”) has issued Regulation of LKPP No. 15 of 2018 on Parties in Goods/Services Procurement Activities (“ Regulation 15/2018 ”), which serves as an implementation of Article 91 (b) of Regulation of the President No. 16 of 2018 on the Public Procurement of Goods and Services (“ Presidential Regulation 16/2018 ”).
