Govt. Introduces Detailed Procedure for the Preparation of RUPTL

In order to introduce further detailed provisions which address Electricity Supply Business Plans (Rencana Usaha Penyediaan Tenaga Listrik– “ RUPTL ”), as mandated under Regulation of the Government No. 14 of 2012 on Electricity Supply Business Activities [1] (“ Regulation 14/2012 ”), the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 10 of 2019 on Procedures for the Preparation of Business Plans for the Provision of Electricity (“ Regulation 10/2019 ”).
