The Minister of Environment and Forestry (“ Minister ”) recently issued Regulation No. 6 of 2021 on Procedures and Requirements for the Management of Hazardous and Toxic Materials (“ Regulation 6/2021 ”), which updates and integrates provisions relating to the various procedures and requirements which apply to the management of hazardous and toxic waste materials (Limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun- “ B3 Waste ”).
