Govt. Introduces New Procedure for the Submission of Applications for Stipulations of Origins of Imported Goods

In order to improve the overall quality of customs services in relation to imports of goods through the introduction of more advanced origin examination processes for imported goods that are in line with international best practice, the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 7/PMK.04/2022 on the Procedure for the Submission of Applications for Stipulations of Origin for Imported Goods Prior to Deliveries of Customs Notifications (“ Regulation 7/2022 ”).
