Govt. Introduces New Procedures for the General Granting of Land Rights

In order to establish a detailed set of procedures for the granting of land rights, as mandated under Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (“ Minister ”) No. 18 of 2021 on Procedures for the Determination of the Right to Manage and Rights over Land (“ Regulation 18/2021 ”), [1] the Minister has issued Decree No. 1339/SK-HK.02/X/2022 of 2022 on the General Granting of Land Rights (“ Decree 1339/2022 ”). [2] The Minister has also further issued Letter No. HT.03/1011-400/X/2022 on Guidelines for the Implementation of Decree 1339/2022 (“ Guidelines Letter ”).
