Govt. Introduces New Provisions on Golden Visas

Following the issuance of Regulation of the Government No. 40 of 2023 on the Fourth Amendment to Regulation of the Government No. 31 of 2013 on the Implementing Regulation to Law No. 6 of 2011 on Immigration (“ Fourth Amendment ”), the Minister of Law and Human Rights (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation of the Minister No. 22 of 2023 on Visas and Stay Permits (“ Regulation 22/2023 ”) in order to bring the applicable implementing provisions into line with the newly issued provisions set out under the Fourth Amendment.
