In response to various developments relating to intellectual property consultants and in an attempt to ensure an effective implementation and an improved system for the supervision of said consultants, the Indonesian Government issued Regulation of the Government No. 100 of 2021 on Intellectual Property Consultants (“ Regulation 100/2021 ”).
