Govt. Introduces New Risk-Based Certification Regime for Tourism Businesses

In order to implement the new risk-based licensing system through the certification of tourism businesses, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (“ Minister ”) has finally issued Regulation No. 18 of 2021 on the Organization of Tourism Business Certification (“ Regulation 18/2021 ”), which repeals and replaces the previous framework of Regulation of the Minister No. 6 of 2020 onthe Organization of Tourism Business Certification (“ Regulation 6/2020 ”).
