Govt. Introduces Procedures for the Selection of Business Entity Panels and Implementing Business Entities for Nationally Strategic Projects

In line with the mandate stipulated under Regulation of Government No. 42 of 2021 on the Easing of Nationally Strategic Projects, [1] the National Public Procurement Agency (Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah – “ LKPP ”) has issued Regulation No. 8 of 2021 on Procedures for the Selection of Business Entity Panels and the Selection of Implementing Business Entities for Nationally Strategic Projects (“ Regulation 8/2021 ”), which aims to better govern and accelerate the selection process for implementing business entities for nationally strategic projects (“ Implementing Business Entities ”).
