In an attempt to facilitate determinations of the origins of goods and the issuance of Certificates of Origin (Surat Keterangan Asal- “ SKA ”) based on the Preferential Trade Agreement Among D-8 Member States (“ Preferential Trade Agreement ”), as was ratified through the issuance of Regulation of the President No. 54 of 2011 on the Ratification of the Preferential Trade Agreement Among D-8 Member States (“ Regulation 54/2011 ”), the Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 19 of 2022 on Provisions on Goods Originating from Indonesia and the Issuance of Certificates of Origin for Goods Originating from Indonesia Based on the Preferential Trade Agreement Among D-8 Member States (“ Regulation 19/2022 ”).
