In a bid to increase the utilization of national maritime transportation in relation to import and export activities, as well as to boost growth among domestic shipyards, [1] the Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) has now revised a number of Provisions on the Utilization of National Maritime Transportation and National Insurance for the Importation and Exportation of Certain Goods through the issuance of Regulation No. 40 of 2020 (“ Regulation 40/2020 ”).
