Govt. Merges Provisions on Technical Inspections, Safety Checks and Equipment for Oil-and-Gas Business Activities

In a bid to ensure the safety, security and reliability of all oil-and-gas installations and equipment used during operations, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“ Minister ”) recently issued Regulation No. 32 of 2021 (“ Regulation 32/2021 ”) on Technical Inspections and Safety Checks of Installations and Equipment Used During Oil-and-Gas Business Activities (“ Technical Inspections, Safety Checks and Used Equipment ”).
