Govt. Prepares to Impose Sanctions for Telecommunication Networks/Telecommunication Services Organizer

The Director-General for the Organization of Post and Informatics Operations (“ Director-General ”) is currently preparing a new Draft Regulation on Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of Administrative Sanctions for Telecommunications Organization Violations and Violations of the Obligation to Submit Telecommunications Network Organization Reports ( “Draft Regulation ”).
