Govt. Preparing Draft Implementing Regulation to the Job Creation Law for the Energy and Mineral Resources Sector

As a follow up to the promulgation of Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (“ Job Creation Law ”), [1] the government is currently preparing a number of implementing regulations which will elaborate upon the various provisions addressed thereunder. Said implementing regulations are required to be issued no later than three months after the enforcement date of the Job Creation Law. [2]
