Govt. Ratifies Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances

As a follow up to the signing of the Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances (“ Treaty ”) by Indonesia on 18 December 2012, the government has finally issued Regulation of the President No. 2 of 2020 on the Ratification of the Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances (“ Regulation 2/2020 ”), which ratifies the Treaty, thereby rendering it applicable throughout Indonesian territory.
