The Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation of the Minister No. 62/PMK.04/2018 (“ Second Amendment ”) as the second amendment to Regulation of the Minister No. 160/PMK.04/2010 on Customs Values for Calculations of Import Duty (“ Regulation 160/2010 ”).Regulation 160/2010 was amended once previously through the issuance of Regulation of the Minister No. 34/PMK/04/2016 (“ Amendment ”).The Second Amendment redefines several provisions relating to the determination of customs tariffs and values and addresses the following matters:
